The original Hainans who as far back as 1936 set up Foh Heong Kopitiam in Kuala Pilah and still stands tall till today. We are the Goh family that puts up together the recipes that is to be adapted more than half decades later. Popular in colonial times, the restaurant was favoured and patronised by the British and the Negeri Sembilan royalty. Together with Tunku Kudin, we set up Sinaran Restaurant Cafe in 1944.

What do we have?

Passion. The most valuable asset, our team owns. With that comes commitment and that helps to cook the right formula to where we are today. We have the right ingredients and recipes to bring ourselves into an international arena like KLIA. We have egos and that sings pride in the food and drinks we serve. Behind the kitchen cutains, we have all the pride needed to cook a storm.

Can we make the difference?

Yes, big difference. With all that is required to spice up, Hailam Kopitiam stands on top with ... ONE ... we are more than a 'kopitiam'. We are a community. We make it happen. We congregate human flows. We put them together and when they gather, they orchestrate and create what we term as beautiful noises. We are the reason why people eat happily, talk freely, smile generously. We move people and make them laugh.

We are hungry! That's why. We have the right recipes to make people hungry and hungry for more. That's why. We are moving to the next level of the food and beverage industry. We wanted to share our age-old tradition and original recipes with a bigger audience. Putting together our expertise and the right ingredient for success, Hailam Kopitiam is reaching out to the world.
We believe we are the true representative of the Kopitiam community, synonymous to the Hainans like what kangaroo is to Australia. Our age-old tradition, besides the recipes includes commitment.
